Soumya Ranjan Parida is a dedicated and visionary healthcare professional currently serving as a Senior Nursing Officer in the Infection Control Department at AIIMS Patna. With a strong academic foundation, he completed his BSc Nursing in 2015 and went on to earn his MSc Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry in 2019 from SUM Nursing College, Bhubaneswar. His clinical experience includes working in critical areas such as the psychiatry ward at AIIMS Patna, which has further deepened his understanding of mental health and patient care. Soumya is passionate about public health and infection prevention and is actively involved in initiatives related to surgical site infection tracking, CLABSI prevention, and hand hygiene compliance using AI-integrated digital solutions. Beyond his clinical duties, he is also exploring the integration of artificial intelligence in nursing education and psychological assessment tools, with the aim of transforming healthcare delivery and student learning experiences.
